Comment:
The first one failed to work out of the box. I plugged it in and the LED light didn't come on. I tried different outlets. The replacement I received from [@] worked for about 5 weeks and then had the exact same issue as the first. I went to plug it in and it wouldn't power on. Received similar warrantee information as other reviewers. Ridiculous! Cuisinart used to be known for quality products.

Comment:
We are on our 4th one in less than a year. They do replace it but you pay shipping to and a $10 fee each time. It used every day to make a smoothie with yougurt, blueberries and strawberries. It seems powerful enough but you put it away and the next day it just fails to opperate. This blender is perfect for smoothies to go. I really wish they would fix the motors so it wont burn up.

Comment:
I bought this model two years ago and blends well. The assemblage after cleaning is not intuitive. Until one knows what goes first leakages are annoying.
