Comment:
I use this to make smoothies with ice and frozen fruit. The blender has enough power to blast through anything. You have to pay attention, and make sure the lid is orientated properly, and the handle snapped down 100%. Super easy to clean also.

Comment:
The third time I used this blender the power light permanently flashed on and off, but it would not blend anything. This flashing light is only supposed to come on if the blender is over-loaded. That happened the first time I used it, so I unplugged it for 15 minutes, per the instructions, and it came back on.

The second time I used it, everything was smooth--no stopping.

The third time, I just turned the power button on and it went immediately into flashing overload mode and none of the buttons would blend the ingredients. I unplugged the unit for more than 15 minutes and this did not reset the thing. 3 hours later, the red power light just continues to flash (nothing even in the jar at this point) and the thing is a piece of garbage. I had to return it. It wouldn't turn the blades.

I'm very disappointed, since it came with a food processor too and I had already given away my old food processor to my niece. I bought a $30 Oster blender that works great. Now I have to find another food processor. What a mess!

Comment:
Great blender, however smoothies stay a little chunky, wish they would become smoother, when I want to drink through a straw, I dont want a grainy drink. For all other purposes, this blender gets it done!
