I only use it once or twice a week, but so far, it's been reliable. It imparted a disagreeable plastic taste to my coffee at first, made worse by the plastic lined mug. I discarded that and now only use shorter metal travel mugs or ceramic coffee mugs and the taste is better.

This is a great office coffee maker. I had purchased like 7 for my coworkers who loved my.
I put the milk in the mug first and then brew the coffee. It comes with a filter but I use paper ones so I don't have to clean it everytime.
I had my for over 5 years and never had problems with it. I use the mug that came with it. It doesn't keep the coffee hot more than 1 hour so if you are a slow drinker, I suggest transfering the coffee to a better mug or use a ceramic one with a warmer.

I have had my unit for over four years and have used it at least once a day and have never had a problem with it. It brews quickly and I can use regular ground coffee rather than paying a premium for pods, etc. I researched a lot before buying and have been very pleased with my choice. You can't beat it, especially for the price.
The only drawback I have found is that most travel mugs are too tall to fit so either have to use the one that came with it (which I still have and use after four years) or use a regular household mug and then transfer into a travel mug after brewing. This is the only reason I'm not giving it five stars!
