We brew in the mornings and evenings every single day and its been the best coffeemaker I've ever owned. The coffee is always just right in flavor and temp and is easy to use. I would say the only drawback is it is a bear sometimes to clean, but its been totally worth it. It's going on 10 years of service and will without a doubt buy another when this one finally bites it.

Have had this model one year, today it just stopped working. Historically, have not been happy with this model, always thought it was ugly and took up too much room on the counter. The carafe lid is very tight and difficult to turn, the area on the unit where the water is poured is very small (I have to put on my glasses to avoid spilling). Now that it is broken, we will replace with another brand.
