Comment:
The worst thing about it is that the coffee splashes back from the basket to top lid so when you open it the used grounds fall all inside the unit. And the coffee temp is generaly barely hot to lukewarm. Wish I had never bought it.

I bought this coffee maker brand new on [@]. We had been using the older less expensive Hamilton Beach Brewstaion for over 5 years and were very pleased.Right out of the box we deiscovered it had a major design flaw. There is no way you can disense coffee without the coffee dribbling over the sides of the coffee cup, causing a big mess. We both tried various ways of holding the cup, different angles - various thinness of cup wall - nothing seemed to solve the problem. The issue is the spout is too close to the back of the wall and not only that when the stream comes out it is angled backwards towards the coffepot wall.I was so frustrated I thought about trashing it, instead we just vandelized it for parts to put our old brewstaion back in working order.I could have sent it back to the seller but a replacement would have had the same issue...I definitely would NOT recommend this model of brewstation.
