Love this machine. Brews great coffee. No problems in over 2 years of ownership, and I brew 4 cups a day. Highly recommended, especially on the Pod blogs.

We have owned this coffee maker for over 5 years. We're on our 3rd one due to issues with the pumps, but Bunn has gladly replaced them free of charge every time. We love it because it makes a good cup of coffee or tea and produces up to 12 oz. of instant hot water for cocoa or oatmeal. There are dozens of pods(which we compost) available from many vendors at various price points and we don't need to use a proprietary pod like Tassimo or K-cups.

Have owned for 5+ years. Repaired at least once a year since new. Heating element stops heating water. Dispenses different amount of water each time used, without asking it to. They sent me new brew cups with no explanation. Found out it was under a recall for burn hazard. No warnings received to stop use. [...] I am ordering a different brand and unloading this one while it still works. Repairs too expensive to continue personal use.
