We always make a pot of coffee in the morning, but this is great when you just want one cup. It is extremely fast brewing, so easy to use and the coffee taste is excellent. It's so nice in the middle of the day to be able to make a gourmet cup of coffee without making a whole pot! So there is no waste of coffee. The other thing I like is the different varieties of coffee, so I can have a latte and my hubby can have his house blend.

Received this for Christmas and have had problems with it since opening it. I've followed all the recommended troubleshooting tips but to no avail it still brews luke warm coffee at best. The instructions says to call Customer Service if none of the tricks work but they never answer the phone. <br /><br />DO NOT BUY!!!
