We love the coffee from both the k-cups and the coffee basket. We brew 2 to 3 cups per day. First unit broke in 9 months. The replacement on warranty lasted 16 months and is not in warranty any longer. Unit should last 4 to 5 years for the price paid. Quality is totally unacceptable. I will not buy another Breville.

This brewer is probably the 5th or 6th I have owned. I tried Senseo and Tassimo before I settled on K-Cups. From the standpoint of the coffee medium, K-Cups are the best both due to the variety and the price per cup. The Breville brewer is pricey compared to some of the others, but it is durable and easy to use. The water tank is perfect size for my family of three and cleaning is a breeze (a tankful of vinegar and a few tanks of water). I have read some reviews that the coffee is not warm enough from the brewer, but I prefer to drink my coffee without burning my tongue as soon as it is brewed and this brewer does it right! Overall, well worth the money.

We use this everyday and love the machine. My husband said that of all the things that I bought for almost 29 years that this is the best ever. My guests love it also and decided to have their own. This is my first Breville and last week I bought the Breville Blender and I also love it.
