Use it every day. Easy to use dials. 4 Different temp burners including a wok/grill high heat. Simmer burner really works (can melt chocolate w/o burning. Continuous grates.<br /><br />It is difficult to clean. Must use stainless steel cleaner to ovoid streaking. Annoying. Grates are diffisult to clean.
