We use this once a day and love the looks and quiet running. Unfortunately it leaks like a sieve! We have had the repair guys out 6 times and it leaks the next use. My hardwood floor is ruined. The repairs will cost more than the unit. I had a Maytag for 16 yrs and it never leaked. We bought 4 LG kitchen appliances and NEVER, NEVER AGAIN buy LG. The service is awful from the manufacturer and thank heavens we bought the extended warranty or we'd be out of luck after months of attempted repairs. I want anything other than LG.

I am a single mother of one and after my husband moved out I replaced the appliances in my kitchen - I bought all LG products. They were very shiny and the perfect touch to the kitchen. Well it was just shy of 2 years and my LG dishwasher doesn't work. It appears that the water pump is broken. I had heard horror stories about LG customer service & was nervous to contact them. I contacted LG prior to my 2 year warranty expiring and the representative I spoke to was nice on the phone. He opened a ticket on my problem with the dishwasher and asked me to fax a copy of my invoice and they would be back in touch to solve the problem within a day or 2. So I faxed it within an hour because I had to go to Staples to send it. Guess what - it has now been over a month and I have not heard anything from LG and my 2 year warranty has expired! The horror stories are true! DO NOT BUY LG dishwashers and if you do choose another LG kitchen appliance or washer/dryer - do so with care, because if yours is one that breaks...congratulations you've got a broken appliance that LG will do nothing about!

This was our second the first one was floor model that just didn't work out. The second works we just weren't happy with it. Overall I would just say stay away. It seem like you either get a good one or a bad one. I got two bad ones.
