A NORMAL CYCLE TAKES 3 HOURS! Who has time for that? It's especially hard since you have to be concerned that it will start a fire so you can't run it overnight.<br />The only benefit is that you don't have to bend over to load the top drawer, and since there are only two of us, that's usually all we use.

We purchased this Double Drawer dishwasher 4 years ago when we remodeled our kitchen. We liked the clean look and the fact you could rearrange the prongs to fit large items in the dishwasher. Unfortunately the standard loading is awkward and doesn't fit many cups or glasses. The TOP drawer has needed to be repaired once a year (we are now placing our 4th repair call.) While quiet and attractive, I would have replaced this dishwasher years ago if I didn't have an extended warranty. I think this will be our last repair call ... I can't stand the unreliable top drawer any longer!

One thing I require in a dishwasher is that it cleans. This dishwasher falls short. I have tried everything to improve it's performance but all I can say is what a waste of money. I had a repairman out and he stated he couldn't do anything. Half the time the drawers won't close properly or open mid cycle. Unless you completely rinse off every piece of food it just doesn't clean it. It is loud and runs for hrs. The concept was cool- drawer dishwashers but execution fails.
