I've had mine for several years and use it ALL the time.I like that's it small enough to keep on the counter unlike the larger processors. I use mine for chopping/mincing veggies for soups and sauces. The trick is to coarse chop first and don't overfill. It's fast and you don't have to worry about cutting yourself with a sharp knife!Much better at chopping than the comparable Cuisenart. I've owned both.
