Comment:
Bought the lower end Inverter which worked well for 5 months under normal reheating, defrosting and popcorn making. H98 code appeared and it quit working. Back to Panasonic who fixed it at no charge. Plugged it in and still doesn't work with code H98 again. So, back to the shop but we are done with Panasonic because how many weeks can you be without a product you use daily before you move on to a better choice?

Comment:
After a couple years the unit was working fine except the plastic door latch slide inside the door broke, making the unit unusable. I was able to disassemble the door to diagnose the problem; the plastic slide for the latch is really flimsy. It's really too bad that Panasonic saved probably less than a penny on plastic.

Comment:
After 24 months H98 appeared and after warranty - cost me $80.00 to repair. Yesterday again, 6 months after being fixed H98 appears. Obviously I either have a lemon or this microwave is not worth purchasing!
