Microwave ovens

This Sanyo failed to work after ten months of fair service. It was stuck on one imput, I unplugged it, waited a while re-plugged it and nothing happened. I called Sanyo, Still under warrantee they gave me two repair services, one in Queens, Major Appliances, when called they said they don't service Sanyo microwaves, Then I called a Brooklyn Co., they said they don't fix Sanyo products. I called Sanyo back, they gave me two more repair services, one in Haggettstown, NJ, when I called there I got a verizon voice message to enter my mailbox or redial, I redialed and got the same voice message.I then called the 4th referral to quality electronics in Florida, New York. When I called the clerk said, 'do you realize we are two hours from NY? Besides, she said, we don't repair Sanyo Microwaves. '<br /> Don't buy Sanyo if your machine breaks down you are out-of-luck!

Do not buy this microwave! The magnetron failed after 5 months of light use. Even before that the clock could not keep accurate time as it ran ahead a few minutes a month. The topper is that service stinks, as the closest service center to me in Orlando, FL is 60 miles away out in the middle of nowhere.

Original unit purcahsed for office use. Unit failed within one week. The unit was replaced promptly by the store. Second unit failed 10 days later. Unit fan does not run and unit shuts off. Sanyo, Model EM-S6588S, manufactured July 2011. Licensed electrician verifyed proper wiring and voltage of building electrical circuit.
