Comment:
i've had mine for about a year and a half and use it often and haven't had any problems. i mostly use it to heat things up, microwave dinners, popcorn...the usual microwave stuff.

the controls are pretty easy and clear and i like that there's a button to add 30 seconds. i also like that the microwave will chirp every minute after something's done- i tend to forget about stuff i left in the microwave and the chirp is a perfect reminder.

my only con would be that this model is a little on the noisier side but i usually only need it for 2-3 minutes, so it's not a big deal. it's a great price and has done the job for me.

Comment:
Purchased RVM1535DMBB -- same as listed here, but all-black. Exterior shows MUCH less dirt than white model. Installation was straightforward if you're handy around the house. Is plug-in, not hardwired. Switching from external exaust to recirc is a bit fiddly and requires purchasing charcoal filters that are NOT included with the unit - buy these online from third parties as manufact are costly! Is on the noisier end of the scale, especially with range hood fan going at full blast, but it does its job. Overall, is is terrific at the sub-$200 price point. If you need something more high end, then jump up a level or two. This thing is basic, but good.

Comment:
Used it mainly to reheat leftovers. Always thought it was noisy. No sign of any wear but 2 years after we bought it, it lost the ability to heat. Everything else works. Due to the fact that it is an over the range model it is a hassle to replace.
