Comment:
I'm not a big user of microwaves, but have had several. I use this one mostly for heating up left-overs, melting/softening butter, cream cheese, defrosting frozen spinach and occasionaly use the other features and have no complaints. It has several features that I didn't expect (melting/softening feature, for one)and they're all easy to use and work fine. I haven't had any of the problems previously reported by other reviewers and didn't find the keypad any more complicated than any other microwave I've used. I would suggest taking the time to experiment with all the buttons to get familiar with all the features, but I guess it would be helpful if the appliance came with a comprehensive user guide.

Comment:
I like the appearance of the product but I have no idea how to use the convection features. There is so little information on it and no more online; however my biggest complaint is that it collects moisture between the door panels. I fear that in the future there will be mold formations or cloudy glass. Also after heating a frozen dinner or anything really, there is excessive moisture inside. I have had 2 previous units and none had this problem. KitchenAid will do nothing for me because they say that is how it was designed! Really?

Comment:
We are senior citizens and bought because of Kitchen Aid reputation or so I thought. The display is VERY hard to use and understand, there is not a operation manual just a small pamphlet telling you nothing. The oven did not come with a charcoal filter which I was told was inside, installed. Not so. [*] Spent 2 hours going back to dealer for filter and now will hire an engineer when I want to cook something. This has the poorest instructions of anything I ever purchased but I did purchase 4 year extended warranty but I still may return this mess.
