I will never buy a Maytag anything again. The microwave started behaving erratically recently with the light sometimes coming on when you opened the door and sometimes not shutting off when you opened the door. We called the repair guy and it was going to cost more to repair than it cost to but new. We need a new keypad and a new ribbon connector. Ribbon connectors seem to be an issue with Maytag as we replaced two in our dishwasher recently as well.

Looks great, especially in stainless steel, however I'll never again buy Maytag/ Whirlpool. Costs more to repair than to buy a new one & believe me, it will break down. Unfortunately, I did not research before buying, I will going forward. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these lemons.
