Comment:
Beater wires come loose from the welding. Flimsy designed beaters. When I called the customer service # I'm told there are no replacement beaters available to purchase...that once the mixer is 2 years old we're not able to order any replacement parts even if you don't care about getting them under warranty. If your beaters break after 2 years there's no option. Talk about planned obsolescence...this mixer was purchased 2 years and 5 days ago!

Comment:
has not been 1 year with a 2 year woarrenty and the metal beaters break while mixing mashes potatoes and they were only used at the most 5 times. You would think that an item would last at least a year. This is a no good mixer.
