Comment:
I have a Kitchenaid and a Bosch. When I make bread with the kitchenaid the dough climbs the bread hooks and gets up in the moving parts. It is a mess to clean up. The Bosch kneads the dough perfectly. Bottom line...try bread made from a Kitchenaid and bread made from a Bosch. No comparison. Bosch bread has much better texture.

Comment:
I knead bread dough several times a month with a model that is this one's predecessor - the bowl set up is the same but the base is much bulkier. I bought mine around 1980 and it is an incredible work horse. Obviously I cannot vouch for this model, but mine runs rings around our Kitchen Aid stand mixer which we keep for light duty. It gets a hernia with anything remotely approaching heavy lifting! (The meat grinder is nice though.) So assuming the new is as well made as the old I highly recommend it.

Comment:
We burned out two KitchenAid Epicurean mixers while kneading bread dough. Got fed up with the ozone smells and burned out motors and decided to spend the extra dollars for a Bosch. What a difference! Seems like we graduated from a motor scooter to a heavy duty, luxury pick-up that can do anything without strain.

And the blender attachment is like having a cyclone in a canister! Smoothest smoothies we've every enjoyed.
