has stop cooling had it for just about 4 years! call in repair man cost $400 dollars to fix and still not cooling I have had it with this refrigerator worst one I ever owned had about 6 or 7 of them in the last 43 years I am 67 on fixed income this don't help.

Less than six months old and I woke this morning to find water on my new hardwood floors under and in front of the refrigerator. Phoned Whirlpool to schedule a service call and was told earliest they could get here is two weeks from today!!! Will Whirlpool pay to replace my hardwood floors in the ktichen? I begged the woman on the phone to find another company and she had to leave a message for them to phone me, as no one answered the phone. ???I don't understand where the water is coming from, as my husband hasn't gotten around to hooking up the water supply yet. I am so sick of paying for junk [...]!
