I love so much about this fridge/freezer. It's my first side by side and I wasn't sure if I'd like that, but it has worked out fine. I love that I have a top shelf in the fridge (gained the freezer space) I use it for all our drinks. It holds a lot of drinks! But I hate that it does not have a cold-cut drawer. And the veg and fruit drawers bug me. The bottom one seems to always stick on its track. The freezer is not easy to stack. There are only 3 small shelves and things are slipping all over the place. I wish there were 5 shelves and that they had lips front and back to keep things in place. I love the inner doors of both fridge and freezer. They hold so much and make for quick and easy access. For some reason the ice seems to draw in any smell from the freezer. Like if I have shrimp in there, the ice will taste like shrimp. I've sorta solved that problem by keeping the shrimp way down in the bottom of the freezer. It seems to help some. The icemaker is fair although noisy when working. The water is not chilled, which surprized me. I thought it would be chilled. But you can easily put crused or cubed ice into the glass from the dispenser. For what we paid I think it's not a bad deal. We paid around $900.
