The only thing wrong with this little unit is the OWNER'S MANUAL. It tells almost NOTHING! I bought this on sale at Sears for[$] (normally [$]). I did a little research before I bought it. This great little oven has features that many more expensive ones don't. Most toaster ovens don't have a Function control. This control gives you more control cooking different types of food. The manual doesn't tell much about this FUNCTION control but I WILL! The temperature control maintains desired oven temperature in all modes except KEEP WARM.The top element ONLY is activated in the BROIL position. The BOTTOM element ONLY is used in the BAKE setting.BOTH ELEMENTS are in operation in TOAST and GRILL (there is NO DIFFERENCE in these two settings but their names). In the keep warm position, the temperature control has NO EFFECT on the temperature. The top element STAYS ON under reduced voltage (my oven's KEEP WARM temp. is about 250 degrees. You can lower this to about 160 degrees if you set it to BAKE and turn temp. knob all the way down. Also, on the one I have, the temperature knob is only 25 degrees lower than indicated which is good for a toaster oven (my B&D was off 100 degrees!). Unpack it COMPLETELY and be sure ALL the labels and warnings are removed before use.Except for the lame owner's manual, I would quickly give it 5 stars for what it is. You DO need to remember that this IS a TOASTER OVEN and NOT a Wolf brand professional range! Some idiots give it 1 star because it BURNED THEM WHEN THEY TOUCHED THE GLASS DOOR while in use. Those folks should EAT OUT MORE.
