poor timer

The timer quit working and I have to plug and unplug the unit to use it. I cannot find someone to repair the timer. I had the unit approx 1 year before the timer broke

Comment:
Only used by my wife and myself for toasting. The toast controls were imprecise. In less than 6 months the heating element stopped working. stay away from this company's products.

We actually purchased the EO 1251 model, which just barely managed to outlive the 1-year warranty. The DeLonghi company was unwilling to stand behind the product....would not recommend their ovens, based on our experience.
