I will be returning it. Overall cheaply made. Although the buttons work they are starting to make clicking/sticking noises.<br /><br />I quess you get what you pay for.

I am now on my second one, which was bought to replace one lost in Katrina. After almost 7 years of daily use, it is beginning to heat a little high at lower temp settings. Will replace this one with another one. I have found it great for preparing meals for one or two people. Rarely use range oven for anything other than storage.

We use this for toast, pizzas, and reheating mostly. Actually gets very hot fast, and works well. The size is great for our purposes. I see others say the outside gets hot...which ours does, but we dont have children so it isnt really an issue. We think it works great and we have owned ours for at least 2 years. My wife agrees and also says its 5 stars.
