Bought thru airmiles and did no reasearch. got what I deserve. A piece of junk. dials impossible to read. Can't set to toast the same way twice. Top burns while bottom barely warm. Rack too high. Any plastic within 6 inches of this fire hazard will melt.

The outisde of this oven gets way too hot to have in the kitchen. It says to keep away from cabinet, but in my opinion it is a fire hazard. Also, if a child (or adult) accidently touched the outside during or immediately after use, they could get a nasty burn. I returned mine.

Had this toaster for 6 weeks and loved everything about it except we could not get the timer to work consistently. So we ended up with some overdone bagels and decided to spend some extra money and bought the digital unit. If I didn't have the extra funds, I would have kept it because it cooked evenly and quickly. We use this oven multiple times everyday.
