Overall, I like this toaster. We have used it almost for a year. Works the same now as it did at first. I hate cords, and this has a retractable cord, love that. For me it browns very well; my daughter likes her toast almost black, and I like mine barely toasted, and it does well on both. Bagels, english muffins, buns are also used in this toaster and it does very well, when they fit! That would be my biggest complaint, slots are a little small, but probably not if you don't use it for odd shaped things. After researching for a nicer-looking toaster, (and that is totally subjective!) I am going to keep this one, it seems they all have drawbacks, and I can live with a little bit of ugly!

Comment:
This is the best toaster I've had and I have tried many. It toasts evenly and the controls are accurate. I like the pull out trays for cleaning out crumbs. It is somewhat slow but all the other features outweigh this. It is also very good looking.
