Comment:
We received this toaster for Christmas to replace the old Oster toaster that did a light toast on one side and a dark toast on the other. This one does the exact same thing but this one adds the excitement of occasionally burning up the toast and setting off the smoke alarm.

I received this toaster as a gift at Christmas and am on my second one as the first only toasted one side of the bread ... or burned one side and toasted the other. The company replaced the first, but the second does pretty much the same thing. I am now looking for a toaster that will toast both sides evenly ... even if I have to make it 'pop' up when it is done which is why I replaced my old one.

The toaster works as well as any toasters I have had in the past. Although, I am frustrated that the settings on the light-dark knob have worn off. Now it is a surprise to see how the toast comes out! I have burnt a few slices of bread.
