This unit was made to mount on a wall, but where I use it, it can't be mounted. The controls are on the bottom and you must stand on your head to see the settings when on the floor. IT DOESN'T DRY ANYTHING IN LESS THAN ONE HOUR. Even socks and underwear take an hour! Haiers customer service is the worst ever - I had a tech out today- took 3 calls just to make an appt. and now they have to decide'what to do' because it won't dry...dah! I need a dryer that works! A & E service isn't much better.

This is perfect for a small space. It takes a while to dry stuff (so what). It is not good for large items. My king sized sheets can only be done one at a time or they ball up and the center does not dry, otherwise, it is fine for every day stuff. Can be placed on a small stand to take out and use when necessary and put away when not in use, be sure to have an outside vent available (including a window)...fits my purposes fine, but for a family, no way.

Strength
Works fabulous! Efficient, easy to install on the wall.
Weakness
Cannot order the replacement wool exhaust filters needed to operate the dryer. Part # WD-5100-23 took me over 3 months to get after 15 phone calls to customer service.
Reps/OEM's do not stock these parts and you are left on your own to try and get these. The Haier company does not have photos of the parts so they sent me the wrong parts because they must not know how to read the difference between round wool pad or kidney shaped metal pad. These are a special order item even though they are essential to operate the dryer.Do not purchase this product unless your rep has the wool pads in stock. You will be left hanging your clothes up on a rack to dry!
