Dries clothes quickly. Drum should never have cracked with only 1 week left on factory warranty. Would not buy another with a plastic drum. It will probably crack again - this time out of warranty!!

Whirlpool Appliances are not worth the price

Clothes always end up all tied together in a ball.
So disappointed in Whirlpool Electric Dryer. The sensing cycle doesnt work because the clothes are always all tied together in a ball. Constantly have to separate the clothes and run another drying cycle. Door latch is plastic and had to be replaced within two years. Dryer wont operate with out the door being latched. Too many plastic parts that fail in Whirlpool appliances. Whatever happened to having appliances for 20 years?
