Leaves clothes damp...will take 2 cycles on Heavy duty to get 4 normal bath towels dry...would never buy this again. Very mad at the way this works for the cost. You'd think buying something more expensive might work a little better but in this case you'd be wrong!

We've had this unit for over a year and it has been terrible from the beginning. Clothes either aren't dry or they are beyond dry (almost like they are burnt) and wrinkled. Wrinkle guard is worthless as it lets clothes sit for 15 minutes and then tumbles them twice and stops again. Unit will show 15 minutes to complete, when you return 10 minutes later and it will show 29 minutes to complete. If I could rate it less than 1 star I would. Most disappointing is that we gave away an older Whirlpool dryer that worked great just to have a matching washer & dryer. Very disappointed in CR score for this unit

Doesn't get clothes dry. When you turn dryer on or off the sound wakes everyone one up in the house. Not necessary.
