Comment:
This is great for quick steam of delicate fabrics as well as heavier fabrics. It replaced my large steamer for a while. But, this is the 2nd one that has stopped working in about a years time. I hang most clothes damp to reduce ironing, so I only use once or twice a week. This is very expensive considering it doesn't last long. I will never buy this brand again.

The worst product I've ever purchased

Comment:
Very poor design-to get continuous steam you must pull a trigger which is awkward. Burst of steam spits water all over the clothes. After a year of use it stopped steaming altogether-I threw it away. I've always owned Rowenta irons but will never buy another one after this (expensive) fiasco.

Model DZ9080: Used it maybe 1 weekly on dress & casual shirts; suits, etc. The team feature was very good and was the main reason for buying the brand. After some 15 -24 months of light use (now retired) noticed the ironing board was wet. After hearing from customer service that the 1 year warranty was over and the next best thing was shipping to a repair center at an average charge of $50. Very surprising for a brand like Rowenta to show that they don't believe in their product quality either. I guess this will be my last purchase of the Rowenta brand.
