Love the weight of it. Irons to perfection. The design for going around buttons is fabulous. The heating plate is easy to clean. The heavier steam option is very nice for linen and heavy cotton. Irons jeans in a snap. Love it!

Comment:
I find this product is very professional and easy to use with the exception of the blue cover over the water tank. You can't tell if it's full, half full or empty. Therefore, I have at time overflowed the tank. Improvement should be made on the plate cover, clear, not a color.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

Stopped heating after 2 months. Stained white shirt with a rusty red mark (using distilled water in iron).<br />Temperature control seemed to be iffy even before it stopped heating.
