I've had this for over a year now, and for the price (seen it at Amazon & Walmart for $193..I paid $239).It is an excellent vacuum. Suctions well, nice hose swivel, on/off at handle, telescoping wand,long cord, stores well. I use it more for carpeting and not hard floors. The crevice tool is too small/short & the Hepa bags are more of a fabric and not paper which are very expensive, $10 a piece.
