Comment:
Use on tile floors in kitchen, wood floors in house and carpet in bedrooms...works well with all 3. Not perfect on edges (whisk out debris with a broom) but picks up everything so far. Have owned for approx 3yrs now and still running strong on original battery and replacement battery. Easy to empty and filter holds up for a long time. I am purchasing another one now. Have owned stick broom vacs and recently a Dirt Devil...nothing compares. Good overall

Comment:
I've bought many cordless vacuums and sweepers over the years, some costing at least twice this one and none performed better. Actually, none were even as good. The dirt cup is relatively large for a cordless and the filter doesn't get clogged easily. It picks up a lot of pet hair and dust; if you have pets this is a fabulous helper. I have a long-haired dog who sheds a ton and if i didn't have the eureka I'd have to haul out my regular vacuum every other day. It's extremely lightweight. The battery life is waning after I've had it about 4 years; at this point it can do about 750 sqf; when I first got it it was good for the whole first floor, about 1500 sf. It does NOT like to pick up dog food (or cheerios). It has an on/off brush roll. To make sure you're getting the best battery charge: The battery can come loose slightly (only happened to me once) and will charge, but only barely. If the brush roll gets clogged with too much hair, the battery loses charge MUCH faster. This is not as good as a standard vacuum, but great as far as a cordless and very convenient.

I have owned this for a while and was looking to replace it only because the handle finally broke off after my kids abused it for a while. We still use it without the handle. I liked it so much I even ordered a second battery so it would always be available. The lack of cord is awesome and it has good suction. I can't think of anything bad about it.
