Comment:
i recently purchased this product because of all the good reviews ive read. i used it once and i could really tell a difference to my ld vacuum. however, after i used it i read the instructions as to cleaning. i did everything like it said, when the time came to put it back together, the filter lid would not stay snapped shut. i called customer service and the lady was unhelpful. taking it back soon, if the lid wont stay shut dirt will just get back onto carpet

Comment:
It 's not good on hard floors and it doesn't do that well on carpets either. I got this as a Christmas gift and I wish I would of taken it back to the store. I don't even use it,
I use my old vac, it's five years old, was cheaper but still does a better job.
I thought this vac would be a slight upgrade but it's pretty much useless. The hose works alright but I already snapped a piece of the plastic off where the hose connects to the vac the second time I used it.
