Got a broken model

We got these two units. They look beautiful and have a lot of great functions, however our model was broken from the start, leaking, unbalanced at any load amount, very noisy, the inside rubber rim got shredded into pieces after 4 loads, water leaked from the front. We decided not to contact the Samsung customer service and returned the units to Home Depot (replaced with another brand). It is possible that ours was an odd one but I was hesitant to go with the same model again. The dryer worked perfectly.

We have had this washer about two years and have been very pleased with it. There have been no break downs so we can't speak about the Samsung service. We weren't sure this machine could possible clean well with so little water, but it does, and does it well. Our water bill dropped so much we thought it was a mistake, but it is the same every month. The cycles take longer than our old top loader, but the clothes are so dry after when they are done, the dryer only works half as much. Our Dryer is Samsung also and so far no problems with it either. The only thing we do not like about it, and all front loaders, is that you need to leave the door open when not in use. If you don't you will get mold and mildew along with odors in the gasket. We wipe ours down after use with a paper towell and have not had any issues with odor. <br />I would deffinately buy this washer again.

Samsung does not stand behind their products!!<br />I had problems from day one! 15 times they sent repairman out! Could not fix! Still waiting for Samsung to PRORATE !
