Overall very pleased with the performance. Clean clothes, easy maintenance. Drawback - cycle done beeper is not loud enough for it's down-stairs location. Also, early on it started to lock the door, but not fill with water. No help in the manual, but figured out the drain hose was not at an appropriate angle. Once we moved the drain hose, never a problem since. I still prefer a top loader to a standard drop-down door dryer because unloading the Front loader washer to Front Load dryer results in clean clothes on the floor. Would recommend to someone insistent on having a front loader.

We use this product for everything from cloth diapers to towels and bedding. It works very well, and is very quiet. We have had no issues with the washer. It uses much less water than our previous top loader.
