Keep getting the F-35 message then I am told that bearings are gone (two year old unit) and the part will cost $1,000 plus labour. Are you kidding me?

always believed in Maytag product, however after 4 months spin cycle is so loud that we will need to call for repair. This is not good for a brand new washer and I can see prior comments also complain about loud spin, wish I had reviewed comments prior to making my purchase.

I bought this set of 9000 series washer and dryer. I love the dryer but the washer is a piece of %$#@. I bought it 2 years ago. The first washer died and was replaced less than a year later. Now not 11mth later the washer is yet again dead. So if you plan on buying this product DON'T!! There should be a manufaturs recall on this product.
