I use the washer/dryer constantly. I Clean a lot of cloths with dog hair. I have gotten random error codes from the display, which force me to shut off the circuit brakers to reset it. The soap dispenser leaks constantly all over the floor. The worst part is how bad Whirlpool customer service is. Never buy Whirlpool as they don't care at all about their products or service. I bought this one because my last Whirlpool lasted 18 years. These will be junked.

Comment:
Bought this washer 6 years ago for a seasonal home used only 5 months a year. Was just diagnosed with unrepairable motor, $350 to fix. Clothes usually come out still smelling of B.O. Requires He detergent which is rare at the standard markets now. Noisy spin cycle. It's maddening that I have to replace it so soon when most of my peers are saying their washers have over 12 years on them and still going strong.

Comment:
I bought this at Sears, and when looking at other sites, decided also to buy the extended warrenty, for just in case. I like the fact that it handles, pillows, sheets towlels, and other bulky item without a problem. I don't like the fact that it doesn't use much water, If I have dirty items, they just don't seem clean enough. SOlution... Considering the washer is ocated in my basement, I was able to attach another hose to the outlet. I place that hose into the compartment where the detergent goes. after I add the HW stuff. I add enough water so I can see it on the bottom part of the window, that way I know I have enough water.. Guesss what, the clothes out really clean ..and they smell clean.. Too bad whirlpool din't think of adding a water level to the machine. My real question..How is a setting of 85 min energy efficient
