This seat received very good CR ratings but the seat back cushion is absolutely horrible! My 2 year old has been complaining that his back and his bum hurts after sitting in it!

Comment:
I purchased this carseat about 9 months ago when my child had grown out of the Keyfit30 carseat. I chose this seat because CR had given it the highest ratings of all the convertible car seats tested. I wasn't sure if it was just my child that hated being in a car seat or if it was truly uncomfortable. I've decided it's the seat. As long as I've had the seat I doubt the retailer will take it back, but I would love to replace it and give my son something more comfortable to sit in.
