Brands
Whatever style crib you choose, you'll want one that's durable, safe, and that matches your taste and budget. With so many
recent crib recalls—more than 2.5 million cribs in 2008 alone—you might also want to check the company's track record in recalls
and how they have handled them. A quick search of the recalls section of the Web site of the Consumer Product Safety Commission
(www.cpsc.gov) will yield that information. Use these profiles to compare cribs by brand.
