Comment:
we tried them all and are extremely glad we ended up choosing this stroller. it is so lightweight and easy to maneuver. the per perego car seat is a snap to put in and allows baby to easily go from car to stroller. highly recommend and am surprised we do not see more out on the town.

Comment:
According to studies, front-facing strollers cause stress for babies. This is the case for our son! He screams in the Micralite Toro because he cannot see mom or dad. We bought this stroller because CR rated it higher than Bugaboo- but it shouldn't be! Other drawbacks to the Toro- it's hard to close... the front wheels get stuck. And they are wider and run into EVERYTHING! When you take your baby out, the stroller tips over. It's a very annoying design and we are so disappointed that we based our purchase on this rating. If you want to see your baby while pushing the stroller as experts recommend, then buy the Bugaboo or Stokke instead! If you are ok with forward-facing only, then save your money and buy an umbrella stroller instead of this over-priced, over-designed nightmare!

Comment:
We bought this stroller because we were looking for something slightly smaller than the stroller we bought with our daughters first car set as a combo, and saw the ratings and reviews as a safe bet since we were not near any resellers where we could go and see/try it. We use it daily for around the block and park related walks and activities, and typically spend both weekend days in NYC parks, museums, or just strolling around town. The first thing we liked about the design is its simplicity of use and sturdiness. Then, as our daughter seemed to be extremely comfortable in it and would fall asleep, the simply smooth transition from sitting to horizontal is amazing. This works well on most terrain with the exception of deep sand. Handles grass, bumpy pavement, rocks, curbs, bad sidewalks, etc. like a champ. It is beyond noticeable that our daughter also loves it, including for long walks and sleeping. Wasn't cheap, but five year warranty helped, and at this point, well worth the money.
