Comment:
Garmin has been unable to make this device work with a variety of smartphones. The bluetooth connection to the phone does not carry forward phone contacts. Thus it does not work well as a hands free device. Works fine as a GPS, but oter features are not very good.

Comment:
Owned for a year, then threw it out, it worked fine with limited use for the first 9 mths, then got glitchy but updating the system software a month after the warranty ran out was it. First off when uploaded updates unit created a series of favorites which ate up all the memory and made it impossible to add w/o deleting, after followed next steps of instructions Unit froze on the Garmin screen after several aggravating days/weeks with tech support, takes 3-4 days for a response which is only the first step of a multi step process. Eventually after the [$] charge and 110$ charge return fee just threw it out. I will try and stick to my smart phone navigation.
