Comment:
I use this often between NYC and Boston. Great for me to track my arrival time (to meet trains and such). Doesn't get the lanes right in New Haven but they're moving the roads there. Two flaws I don't like - you can't really tell it to avoid a road. If you say to avoid a highway, it'll just reroute you to a further point on it. Second flaw, if you save a favorite with a name, you can no longer access the street address. Okay, a third flaw, nav'ing to a big place, like an arboretum or park, it'll bring you to anywhere on the perimeter, leaving you to drive in circles to find the entrance.Overall, very easy to use, very clear in its directions.

Comment:
I received this product free with the purchase of a set of tires about one year ago. In addition to the pros and cons listed above,[...] I purchased their quarterly map update service and had a lot of trouble downloading and enabling it. Another con is the pronunciation in US English of street directions, i.e., saying the letter W instead of West if the address is 1 W. Main Street.

Comment:
For a new GPS user, this is an excellent unit. Routing and re-routing is fast and accurate. The voice is clear and easily understood. The color changes between daytime and nighttime use are a nice touch. The EasyPort mount is superior to other mounts I've tried. The unit is very compact and makes an excellent choice for users that travel a lot. On the downside, the memory is limited (1GB), which makes add-ons almost non-existent unless you are willing to delete some existing files. In my case, I live in the US and deleted the Canada maps to free up space. Also, the unit doesn't support multi-point routing, making it impossible to program trips with multiple stops unless you enter each individually.
