This model can access a lot of online content, including streaming movie services. It has an Ethernet jack for connecting to your home network or modem via a cable.This player also has built-in Wi-Fi, so you can connect it to your home network wirelessly. Remote controll is terrible. Acts if batteries are very low-even when put new ones in. Has to be pointed exactly right at the unit. Even then doesn't always work. When took apart to return, noticed it was signifently over-heated. May be just defective unit; but may get a Vizio for same price instead.
