I just got it and so far, great product. Easy setup, great tech support, manual easy to follow. I got this because the DVD/ VHS recorders were a nightmare to setup. And in these days who use's VHS anymore? So far everything is working great. Can't wait to try all the features it claims to have and for the price this was a bargain. You can find this product on many different websites at some very good prices. So buy it and enjoy.
