Bought the one they sell at Costco- not exactly as shown.<br />I tried 3 different ones and they all had the same problem.<br />After being on for approx. 15 minutes, hitting the Volume Up button would bring the speaker volume to max level and stay there. Power Off button didn't work, Mute button didn't work. The only way to turn it off was to unplug the power cable.<br />As I mentioned, I returned and tried 3 different ones and had the exact same problem on all 3. I gave up on Vizio.

I bought this to have better sound quality but it's not much better than my Sony tv speakers. It was easy to set up but my Sony remotes interfere with the sound level of the sound bar. I went online and found others that have the same problem. I bought mine because CR said it was a good buy. IT IS NOT. Customer support from Vizio is terrible and they make the problem out to be anyone's but their's. they won't refund my money but I told them that I was not done pursuing this. I will never buy another Vizio product again!
