Comment:
I am a live ticketed sound engineer and I listened to numerous 5.1 speaker setups in this size and nothing could touch them.
I found the omni directional sound to be very refreshing. They are excellent for movies as well as music.
I have owed these for about 5 years without any problems. Two Thumbs way Up

Comment:
This is a great system for a small room. The sound is very immersive for a small speaker system due to the omni design. Due to the small size though, you lack the punch of good mid ranges, like voices, cellos, etc. The omni design also works against the center channel, which I prefer to have a solid reference. A big bonus for me was the ability to pick up other Nanosat speakers separately to increase from 5.1 to 7.1.

Pros
Crisp sounding satellites
Highs are top notch
Cons
Bass sound lacking in HD
Cracks and popping sounds
Highs overpower mids
Not for big living rooms
Best Uses
51 theater
Comment:
I use the system as mainly a home theater set up for blu-ray discs and for directv viewing. The highs are so overpowing that i had to switch the reciever to stereo mode to hear the mids (voices) while watching movies = not 5.1 dolby digital.
