I purchased these speakers to add a high range to my existing home entertainment system. The results were incredable. I would not reccomend these speakers for a stand alone audio system but as part of a 4+ speaker home entertainment system there perfect. Just don't expect too much on from the bass.<br />They suit my needs and they didn't drain my finances.

Strength
Inexpensive, good sounding highs.
Weakness
Not wall mountable, came with cheap speaker wire.
I bought these with sorta low expectations cause I just wanted a decent set of speakers for my bedroom tv but they really surprised me just how loud they can get without distortion. They are definetely not wall-mountable out of the box but I guess that's why there called bookshelf speakers :). And buy your own speaker wire cause it comes with very thin speaker wire.

Good sound, solid design
Weakness
Could use a mounting hole in the back for wall mount. Speaker wire is held by spring clips
A good set of speakers for its price range. It has a nice simple design and easy to setup out of the box. They are bookshelf speakers, but would have like to have some mounting holes on the back of the speakers if I wanted to hang this on the wall instead. The speaker clips are fine, but would prefer the screw on clips found on other models. Had problems before with the speaker wire making contact and staying in place. Overall, a good speaker pair for it's price point.
