I have enoyed my Zune for well over a year now. I bought the 32g and because I download video and movies am glad that I did. I use the Zune with headphones, motorcycle, car and have enjoyed it. So what are the pros? 1. If you just want mainly music and video then it beats even Apple. 2. light and tough 3. Long and I mean long battery life 4. Online music and video, I like what Zune offers and it keeps my music and video needs filled. Also easy to use 5. The screen quality for movies is great Cons 1. Loading video takes a long time, music is quick 2. If you like lots of Apps then Zune is not for you. 3. Not a lot of gadgets like docks for the Zune Without a doubt I am rough on my Zune, mine is about 2 years old and going great, I have had no freeze ups or problems. Like I said if you want music and some videos (I loaded Walking dead) the screen quality was great. I have not regreted ever buying the Zune.

my hd32 has froze up in the update mode and i cant get any support for this product or info on how to fix it as FAR AS IM CONCERNED THIS ITEM IS A HUGE WASTE OF MONEY I AM GOING TO GET A IPOD TOUCH LESS ISSUES AND HUMAN SUPPORT THANK YOU ZUNE FOR WASTING MY MONEY I WORK SO VERY HARD FOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
